According to the Amazon listing, Zodiac will be a 3-disc set that includes both 4K and Blu-ray. Each is now available for pre-order on Amazon by clicking here and here, or on the cover artwork below.
Paramount has also set the South Park (Not Suitable for Children) special for release on Blu-ray and DVD on 10/29.
Warner Bros. Discovery Home Entertainment hasn’t yet listed it for pre-order here in the States, but Wes Craven’s A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984) is now available for 4K UHD pre-order on Amazon UK with a street date of 9/30, so we expect it to be officially announced here as well very soon. The 4K release will include both the Theatrical and Uncut versions, HDR10 high dynamic range, Dolby Atmos audio, along with legacy extras that include ready Freddy Focus Points, 2 audio commentaries with Craven joined by members of the cast and crew, alternate endings and a trio of featurettes. You can see that cover artwork below as well (linked to the UK pre-order page). Do keep in mind that the US SKU is unlikely to include the Blu-ray.
HBO will officially release House of the Dragon: The Complete Second Season on Blu-ray, DVD, 4K Ultra HD, and 4K Steelbook on 11/19. Look for Dolby Vision HDR and Dolby Atmos audio. You can see the artwork for the 4K SKUs below.
Sony has set Eli Roth’s Thanksgiving (2023) for 4K Steelbook on 10/15 with both Dolby Vision HDR and Dolby Atmos audio.
Universal is releasing a 4K upgrade of their Universal Classic Monsters: The Essential Collection on 9/17. The box includes Dracula (1931), Frankenstein (1931), The Mummy (1932), The Invisible Man (1933), The Bride of Frankenstein (1935), The Wolf Man (1941), Phantom of the Opera (1943), and Creature from the Black Lagoon (1954). All are previously available on the format.
And finally today, Kino Lorber Studio Classics has just revealed that Norman Z. McLeod’s My Favorite Spy (1951), Rob Fowler’s Below the Belt (1980), and William Dieterle’s Red Mountain (1951) are all coming to Blu-ray on 9/24, while Gary Sherman’s Vice Squad (1982) is coming soon to 4K UHD and Andrew V. McLaglen’s The Ballad of Josie (1967) is coming soon to Blu-ray.

And finally today, if you live in the LA area, the Fine Arts Theater in Beverly Hills is hosting a Super 70mm Star Trek 60th Anniversary Screening Series starting on Friday 8/30 and running through Sunday 9/1! The first six Star Trek feature films are being shown, and special guests will include Nicholas Meyer, Adam Nimoy, Robin Curtis, Ralph Winter, and Catherine Hicks! The screening of Star Trek: The Motion Picture will be the new Director’s Edition in full 4K. And Star Trek II-VI will be shown in actual 70mm!
