Finally, look for Kevin Reynolds’ Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves (1991) on 11/28 in Blu-ray and 4K Limited Editions, as well as Blu-ray and 4K Steelbook Limited Editions. Unfortunately, these will all be UK only titles (Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves is available for pre-order here on Amazon.co.uk now).
Here’s a look at the cover artwork for the complete slate (click here or on the image to visit the Arrow website)...
Not to be outdone, our friends down under at Via Vision Entertainment have unveiled their Imprint Films slate for November as well, each all-region Blu-ray titles...
They include Rick Rosenthal’s Distant Thunder (1998), Fernando Meirelles and Kátia Lund’s City of God (2002), Lou Adler’s Ladies and Gentlemen, The Fabulous Stains (1982), Robert Mandel’s School Ties (1992), the Directed by Roland Joffee (1984-1992) box set—which includes The Killing Fields (1984), The Mission (1986), Fat Man and Little Boy (1988), and City of Joy (1992)—and the After Dark: Neo-Noir Cinema: Collection Two (1990-2002) box set—which includes Blue Steel (1990), Internal Affairs (1990), Crimson Rivers (2000), The Way of the Gun (2000), The Yards (2000), and Narc (2002). It should be noted that MANY of these titles are making their first-ever appearance on the Blu-ray format here.

And one last bit of release news: We’ve officially confirmed that the Universal Classic Monsters: Icons of Horror Collection – Volume 2 4K box set is coming to the US on 10/11, along with Ultra HD/Blu-ray combo singles of the previous Volume 1 titles... Dracula (1931), Frankenstein (1931), The Wolf Man (1941), and The Invisible Man (1932). Pre-orders should begin to appear over the weekend and we’ll share the cover art and Amazon pre-order links when they go live.
Now then... be sure to check back here later today and throughout the weekend, as I expect to start posting reviews of some out-of-this-world 4K Ultra HD catalog titles that many of you have been waiting a long time for. Watch my Twitter feed for the individual review links as I get them posted here at the site.
Stay tuned!
