And multiple retailers are now showing James Cameron’s The Terminator: 40th Anniversary Edition (1984) for 4K Ultra HD release in December from WBDHE. We have no details on the release at the moment except that it will be a 2-disc set (at least in the UK) and that a Steelbook option will be available. We’ll share anything else we learn about this title here the moment it comes in.

Finally today, we need to take a moment to acknowledge the passing of the great actor Donald Sutherland, who died yesterday at the age of 88. Sutherland appeared in so many great films over the years, including The Dirty Dozen (1967), M*A*S*H (1970), Kelly’s Heroes (1970), Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1978), Outbreak (1995) and many more, and he was an accomplished TV and stage actor as well. I admired him for many reasons, but one of my favorite Sutherland appearances was in musician Kate Bush’s 1985 music video for the song Cloudbusting. It’s something that a lot of people haven’t seen, so I’m going to share that below. You can read more on Sutherland here, here, and here, and his son Kiefer has shared a moving post on X as well.
We’ll leave you today with a look at the cover artwork for The Watchers, Incendies, Castle of Blood, and some of the recently-announced KLSC 4K catalog titles (with Amazon or Amazon UK pre-order links if available)...
Have a great weekend. Stay tuned...
