Finally today, I wanted to call your attention to something cool: You Star Wars fans may know the name of Colin Cantwell, the legendary concept artist who helped to design many of the classics ships that appeared in the film, including the X-Wing, Y-Wing, TIE Fighter, and the Star Destroyer. Colin passed away back in 2022, but I’ve been working with friends of his estate to help call attention to his work and they’ve just created a new website for Colin that features all of his artwork, a blog, and more. You can even buy high-quality prints (I have one of these myself). You’ll find the website here, and I highly recommend checking it out. Tell ‘em Bill at The Digital Bits sent you!
All right, that’s all for today. We’ll leave you with a look at the cover artwork for some of the titles mentioned above, with Amazon links if available...
Back with more tomorrow. Stay tuned!
