Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has just released Luca Guadagnino’s Salvatore: Shoemaker of Dreams on Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital.
Shudder will be releasing the horror anthology film V/H/S 99 (2022) on Blu-ray and DVD on 5/23.
And Paramount’s Yellowstone: Season Five, Part One will arrive on Blu-ray and DVD on 5/9.
Also today, our friends at Kino Lorber Studio Classics have announced plans to release Terminal Invasion (2002), Heat (1986), The Big Bus (1976), and Backtrack (1990) on Blu-ray on 4/25. They’ve also recently revealed that René Clément’s Is Paris Burning? (1966) is coming soon to Blu-ray with the help of American Zoetrope. Also coming soon to the format are Frank Tuttle’s The Hour Before the Dawn (1944) and Abner Biberman’s The Looters (1955).
Powerhouse Films has announced a couple more Indicator Blu-ray titles for release in May, including a Mexico Macabre: Four Sinister Tales from the Alameda Films Vault (1959-1963) box set on 5/29. This will include the films Black Pit of Dr. M (1959), The Witch’s Mirror (1961), The Braniac (1962), and The Curse of the Crying Woman (1963). Also coming on 5/29 is a From Hollywood to Heaven: The Lost and Saved Films of The Ormond Family Blu-ray set. And they’re releasing a deluxe hardback book about the Ormond family by Jimmy McDonough called The Exotic Ones presented by Nicolas Winding Refn.
